Zenker Layer Cake Slicing Kit

Founded in 1885, Zenker has been manufacturing bakeware in Aichach, Germany for over 125 years. The Zenker Layer Cake Slicing Kit makes slicing uniform layers a "piece of cake". The Slicing mold fits cakes of 10-inch to 11-inch diameter and slices up to 8 layers. Kit includes adjust able slicing mold, 12-inch baker's knife and 11-inch cake lifter. Snap mold around cake and use slots as guide for baker's knife to slice even layers. Pair it with an extra deep springform for up to 8 layers or a standard one for up to 4 layers.
