Economy USPS Shipping and Processing

The Economy USPS Ground shipping method is a collaboration of efforts using UPS and your local post office to save you money. When this method is selected, UPS will carry your package from The Baker's Kitchen's facility and deliver it to your local post office. The following business day your local post office will deliver your package to you.

Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days for in stock items. (For Faster Processing, See Our Rush Processing Package Add-On Below).

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate online, however, we cannot guarantee every item to be in stock. In the event of an item(s) being out of stock, you will be notified via telephone or email.

In the event of an item(s) being out of stock, we may authorize a substitution only if the item is equal to or better than the item(s) that was ordered.

If we are unable to reach the customer to offer a solution for the item(s) unavailability, we use our discretion to either cancel or back-order the unavailable item(s).

Because of the high shipping charges on heavy products, (any single item weighing 20 pounds and more) you may be charged for handling fee to offset these charges.

Most items that are shipped from our warehouse via USPS Economy Ground typically arrive within six business days of our receiving your order.

Since the Economy USPS ground method utilizes your local post office for delivery, you may provide us a PO Box for small items.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional shipping charges The Baker's Kitchen incurs if we are provided a invalid or incomplete shipping address.

In the event of a miss-entered or incomplete address is provided, we will attempt to correct the problem or contact the customer prior to shipping.

If the package is undeliverable, The Baker's Kitchen may offer a deliver intercept to correct the address. This service is not free and will be billed once the intercept is complete.

Rush Shipping Methods

Rush Shipping (UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2 Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®) received by 1:00 p.m. (eastern time), Monday through Friday, are shipped the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be guaranteed to ship the following business day.

UPS 3 Day Select® will be guaranteed delivery within 3 business shipping days (shipping days do not include weekends and do not include the day the package leaves our facility).

UPS 2 Day Air® will be guaranteed delivery within 2 business shipping days (shipping days do not include weekends and do not include the day the package leaves our facility).

UPS Next Day Air® will be guaranteed delivery within 1 business shipping day (shipping days do not include weekends and do not include the day the package leaves our facility).
Package Add-Ons
Rush Processing
- The Rush Processing Method can be added to either the USPS Economy Shipping Method or the Standard Ground Shipping Method.
- This add-on guarantees we will ship your package the same business day provided the order is placed before 1:00pm E.S.T. Orders placed over the weekend will be guaranteed to ship the following business day.
UPS Carbon Neutral
- UPS purchases certified carbon (CO2) offsets to give you a way to balance out the emissions produced by the transportation of your shipments. UPS has supported projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, waste water treatment, and methane destruction.
- Using our carbon neutral shipping option lets you demonstrate your commitment to reducing climate impact, and enables you and your package recipients to share in that commitment.
UPS Shipper Release
- With UPS Shipper Release, UPS deliver your package without requiring the recipient's signature.
- A UPS delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery.
- The customer accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
UPS Signature Required
- UPS will obtain the recipient's signature or other electronic acknowledgment of receipt from the recipient when this option is selected and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient's signature or electronic acknowledgment of receipt online.
Shipments Outside The U.S./International Addresses
Shipments to international addresses will be charged actual shipping, plus handling & packing charges. Freight or postage will be based on the most cost-effective shipping service. When placing an international order online you will be informed of the shipping charges via e-mail by our Customer Service Department. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the charges before shipment. Canadian customers may be charged a brokerage fee (duties and taxes your government charges for importing goods) which is in addition to your shipping charges. This fee will be collected by UPS at delivery. Refusing to pay the brokerage fees will result in refusal of your package and loss of your order. TBK will not compensate the customer for the order or shipping if the package is refused due to damage or refusal to pay brokerage fees.
Shipments outside non contiguous U.S. states
For orders to AK, HI, PR, VI, APO/FPO and US possessions, you will be informed of the shipping charges via e-mail by our Customer Service Department. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the charges before shipment.

When entering an APO or FPO address, please follow this example:
