Himalayan Salt Slabs are composed of crystallized pink salt mined from deep within the Himalayan mountain range. Useful for both cooking and serving, our Himalayan slabs are a unique way to enhance the flavor of all kinds of delicious foods including seafood, meats, vegetables, desserts and more, using what many consider to be the purest salt found on earth. 

This brand new Himalayan salt slab size is 5”W x 10”L x 1.5”H. The mid-sized surface area of this Himalayan salt slab makes it the perfect option for searing smaller portions of meat, fish or vegetables. Heat your slab in the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, drizzle with a small amount of olive oil (more or less to control the amount of salty taste imparted during the cooking process), and use to sear flank steak, salmon fillets, asparagus and more. The plate will impart a delicious, mineral-rich salt flavoring on your food – no need to use any additional salt!
