Paramount Crystals are used to thin-out coating chocolates. Especially helpful when melting colored coating chocolate, as they are prone to being too thick when melted. To use: simply add small amounts to melted chocolate and allow Paramount Crystals to melt by stirring. When desired consistancy is met, stop adding the crystals. Use no more than 1/4 cup per pound of coating chocolate. Not for use in real chocolate.
