This handy, flexible, translucent pastry mat from Mrs. Anderson's is great for pies, pastries, pizza dough, biscuits, bread, cookies & crusts. It has easy to ready measurement markings for 8", 9" and 10" pie and 16" pizzas as well as ruler guides and common measurement equivalents for baking. Hand wash with soap and warm water. Do not use sharp edged knives to cut on the surface. Do not put in oven or dishwasher. Storage tube included.
