TBK Pure Lime Emulsion is the perfect blend of color and natural flavor. designed for use in cakes, cookies, ice cream, frostings, mousses or desserts. Available in 4 ounce, quart and gallon size bottles.

Emulsions are a thicker consistency than extracts. This allows the flavor to be distributed throughout the cake or cookie mix evenly. Can be used in desserts and icings. Emulsions are interchangeable with extracts.
