TBK Professional High Ratio Icing Shortening

TBK High Ratio Icing Shortening is an all-vegetable shortening that is specially formulated for icings, it contains no Trans Fats. Available in a 4 Pound Tub (8 Cups) or a 25 pound bucket (50 cups).

TBK Vanilla Buttercream Recipe

• 1 Pound TBK Icing Shortening
• 2 Pounds Powdered Sugar
• 3 Tablespoons Meringue Powder
• 1/2 Cup Water (Variable)
• 1 Teaspoon Clear Butter Flavor
• 1 Teaspoon Clear Vanilla

Mix ingredients together in an electric stand mixer for 8-12 minutes at the highest speed setting.
