CK Products Silicone 8mm Rope Maker Mold-

To Use:

1. Open rope-maker and hold in left hand (reverse if left-handed). Brush generously with dusting powder. Lightly grease top (smooth) edges. Note: if not using dusting powder, lightly spray rope-maker with cooking spray.
2. Roll fondant or gumpaste into a rope at least the length of the rope-maker and a little larger than the rope diameter on a silicone mat or lightly sprayed surface.
3. Place fondant on a flat surface. Open the rope-maker and center it. Open side down, over fondant. Press rope-maker onto fondant. Close the now filled rope-maker.
4. Open the rope-maker slightly to be sure the mold is completely filled out.
5. With a spatula, scrape all excess fondant off along the slit on the closed rope-maker.
6. Open the rope-maker and let the rope of fondant fall out.
7. NOTE: Due to the nature of the mold, the mold tends to crack after bending a few times. It does not hurt the look of the finished rope.
