Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders in their entirety within 48 hours from our receipt of the order. In the unfortunate event that we are temporarily out of an item your entire order will be placed on backorder. Your complete order will be shipped to you as soon as all items are available. We reserve the right to cancel an item from your order. Should we cancel an item from your order your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are figured at the time of order placement and your order total will reflect the shipping costs for your order. View our shipping rates by viewing your shopping cart after placing items in your cart and using our shipping estimator.

Will you hold an order and ship it at a later date?
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 419.381.9693, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

I placed an order a few days ago, how do I find out when it will arrive?
If you supplied a valid email address when you placed your order, you would have received an email notification when your order shipped. That email contains a tracking number for orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS. If no tracking number was provided, your order was shipped via the Post Office and can take up to 10 mailing days of the ship date. International orders can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
