White Modeling chocolate is perfect for creating edible decorations for cakes. This product is made from real couverture chocolate, therefore it is temperature sensitive. To use, simply knead until pliable. If modeling chocolate is too soft to work with, add a small amount of corn starch. If modeling chocolate becomes too firm, knead in a small amount of solid vegetable shortening. Keep unused modeling chocolate sealed in its container to prevent it from drying out. 14 ounce package.
