Sweet Inspiration White Chocolate Caramel Fondant 2 Lb. is made with real Couverture White Chocolate. Not caramel-flavored, just a creamy light, carmelly-tan color. This makes it taste delicious, creamy and melts in your mouth. As a result of the real chocolate in it, it is NOT recommended for beginners, it is much more fragile to handle than plain rolled fondant. Use to create beautiful and gourmet flavored cakes and desserts. Suggestion for better handling: Blend 50/50 with Satin Ice Rolled Fondant for a product that handles well and tastes delicious. Can be colored with gel-based or powdered food colorings.
