Quick & Easy Lemon Cream Cake:
1 (18.25 oz) Pkg. Lemon Cake Mix
1-1/2 Cups Milk
1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
1 (8 oz.) Tub Nondairy Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
Prepare cake mix as directed for 2-9 inch round cake layers. Cool Completely.
Pour milk into a medium bowl. Add pudding mix, beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Immediately spread 1/2 of the pudding over top of one of the 9 inch cake layers. Place the second layer on top and spread the remaining pudding on top. Frost top and sides of the cake with the whipped topping. Refrigerate till serving. Serves 8-10.
