Missing or Damaged Items
If you did not receive all the items that you ordered, first check your invoice to see that the missing item(s) are not marked as BACKORDERED. If they are, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. Next, check all packing material thoroughly for items that may have been wrapped in packing or settled in shipment. For damaged merchandise please contact The Bakers Kitchen for replacement instructions. Please retain all packing materials, including the box.
