We generally ship in-stock items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday or Tuesday. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via telephone or email. We ship via UPS and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the contiguous USA. See map below for shipping times. Please note: transit days do not include weekends. If you desire quicker shipping options, please call us at 419-381-9693 during business hours (Mon.-Fri. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) so we can calculate the extra cost. The extra charges for overnight or 2-day air shipping can vary greatly depending upon size and weight of your package.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S. / INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
Shipments to international addresses (non-USPS zipcode addresses) will be charged actual shipping, plus handling & packing charges. Freight or postage will be based on the most cost-effective shipping service. When placing an international order online you will be informed of the shipping charges via e-mail by our Customer Service Department. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the charges before shipment.
