Icing Stabilizer 7 Ounce Package

For Buttercream Icings: Add 2 teaspoons for every cup of shortening/butter.

For Meringue: add 1 teaspoon of stabilizer for every 3 egg whites.

Custard Pie: add 1/2 ounce of stabilizer per quart of whole milk
