Calphalon Insulated Cookie Sheets are made of heavy-duty aluminized steel to prevent rusting and warping. The nonstick coating will give you years of use if properly cared for.

Peanut Blossom Cookies:

1/2 Cup Soft Butter

3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar

1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar

1 Lg. Egg

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1 TB. Milk

1-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar (rolling in before baking)

48 Un-wrapped Kisses Candies (Milk chocolate, or white chocolate)

            Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).In a bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and the sugars till creamy. Add the egg and vanilla; continue beating till smooth. Beat in the milk. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into the peanut butter mixture. Cover and chill dough for about an hour.

            Roll chilled dough into 1” balls. Roll the dough balls in the granulated sugar and place about 1” apart on a parchment paper lined insulated baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately upon removing from the oven, push a Kiss into each cookie, pushing into the cookie just until it begins to crack. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 4 dozen.
