The lime flavor is good but the resulting cupcakes were a violent shade of neon lime green. I wish this company would make extracts clear or natural colored. Unless I'm baking for children, I don't want my baked goods to have crazy unnatural colors. Despite the decent flavor, this has been replaced with a clear lime extract I purchased elsewhere
