If u truely want that bakery taste this is the icing, (i'm not talking about that food chain bakery taste either). WOW!!! Where I live our only bakery closed & all we have are the grocery store bakeries & those cakes really don't taste that good. I am so happy I came across this web site and gave it a chance, I'm hooked.
Does anyone know how long this icing will keep after seal is broken & do u have to Refrigerate after opening?

I ordered (1) 3.5lb tub for a fondant covered cake I made for a babyshower. Stupid me should of ordered a few. I was basically taking a shot in the dark to see if this would be as fluffy and tasty as homemade... ITS BETTER!!!! Its light and fluffy and tastes WONDERFUL!!!! I was sooo impressed I will be order the 20lb tub from now on! I was actually short icing and had to visit a grocery store and buy some buttercream from the bakery dept. I had no time to make some and was in a such a bind. Good rule of thumb is whatever you think you need, order double :) lol
