Our freshly-made rich chocolate buttercream icing is versatile and delicious. We make our own buttercream and is great for any decorated cake. It is stable, even in warm weather. We use this exact same buttercream icing in our bakery. Easy to use, tint any color. 3-1/2 pound tub should be plenty for a 13" x 18" decorated cake, or 2-8" round decorated cakes.
- Keep refrigerated until you need to use it, then allow to come up to room temperature for soft spreadability
- Can be frozen for long-term storage.
