The pistachio flavoring smells and tastes, to me, like almond, though I'm not sure what I expected pistachio to smell like. Nevertheless, adding it to ice cream base, along with toasted pistachios, gave me the color and flavor I was looking for - akin to Ben & Jerry's Pistachio Pistachio.
Overall, very pleased with Baker's Kitchen flavorings.
