Disco dust is used to give super-sparkley vivid colors to gumpaste flowers or fondant. Disco Dust has a slightly larger grain than Luster Dust. Either dry-brush on for very slight color and shine effect, or mix with an alcohol-based product such as pure lemon extract and paint on for stronger color results. All are non-toxic. 5 grams.

Awesome Glitter
Robin (N. Fl.) 10/29/2010 11:15 AM
This is the best glitter I've found yet! Disco Dust is true to its's name. Even reminds me of the 70's. I tried the Orange and Aneythist. Just amazing sparkle and "WoW" factor I was looking for. The purple wasn't as deep acolor I wanted even after several coats but was still outstanding. Funny it looked bluish in the container but covered with a medium lavender color rich with multi-faceted brite glitter/sparkle extremely beautiful. Will be getting more of this dust.

I *LOVE* Disco Dust!!! It really looks like glitter. I've used it to paint over colored fondant, and it has a brilliant shine. Definitely recommend at least trying it!
