Pearl Sugar originates from Scandinavia. It Is used to decorate cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and many more. Pearl Sugar is pure white and can be easily colored by simply adding a few drops of food color in a bag with the Pearl Sugar and shaking. Pearl Sugar is made by molding crystal sugar ingots at very high pressure. These ingots are then crushed and screened to obtain extremely hard, irregular grains with can withstand baking temperatures, producing effects and pleasant textures. PRODUCT OF SWEDEN.
