Allspice is a spice of it's own, not a blend. Allspice is peppery and aromatic, resembling a blend of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. All-Natural. Use in spiced cookies, breads, pies and puddings. Adds a smooth, warm flavor to curries and sauces.
