Sparkly, fasseted edible diamonds will add a memorable touch to your creative creations. Made from Isomalt, a sugar substitute. The edible diamonds are sensitive to heat and humidity, if they become dull-looking, simply spray with a light coating of vegetable oil (like PAM) to restore their luster. They are a hard candy, so they can be a choking hazard to children. The sugar diamonds are faceted on the bottom and rounded on top.
