These edible "bee-bee's" as I call them are made of real silver coated with sugar centers. With that being said, the silver can tarnish and mine did within 24 hours of decorating my cupcakes. No biggie since I was just making the cakes for my family, but I thought others may want to know this in case they can't figure out why they get a brownish tint after some time. So put these on at the very last minute. PS--silver is edible, although like the disclaimer says I wouldn't eat large quantities of it :)

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for these little silver wonders. I had a request for tea cakes with edible ball bearings. I knew what they meant, but could I find them? No. As a last resort I searched the Internet and found this site.
These will be perfect for my needs, and now I know where to come when I need more.
