Butternut Squash Ravioli Filling:
1-1/2 Lb. Cooked & Mashed Butternut Squash, Cooled
1 Tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 TB. Butter
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Use in Atlas Ravioli attachment to fill pasta.
