To use: simply place a sheet of thin pasta dough over the metal form with it face-up. Use the plastic piece to gently press into each square to form a well or a dimple inside each ravioli. Fill each dimple with your favorite filling. Moisten the pasta between the ravioli, and place a second thin sheet of pasta over the top. Use a rolling pin to firmly press. The rolling pin will seal and cut each ravioli.
