Parchment Paper

No kitchen should be without parchment paper. Use to line cookie sheets and your cookies will never stick, and it will help to insulate against burnt-bottoms. Cut to size and line cake pans so cakes never stick. Use for candymaking, and even the stickiest caramels will set-up without sticking. Also can be cut to size for parchment triangles for cake decorating. So many uses!
