This Calphalon 9 inch Round Cake Pan will last for years. It is made of heavy-duty aluminized steel so it will never bet bent-out-of-shape.
Irish Cream Dream Cake:
1 (18.25 oz.) Pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1-4 oz. Pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
4 Lg. Eggs
1/2 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
For The Filling:
1 Cup Cold Milk
1 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur
1-4 oz. pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
1-5.2 oz. pkg. Whipped Topping Mix (contains 4 envelopes)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease and flour 2-9 inch round cake pans.
Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl. Blend well, then beat with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pans, bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
For filling: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. (Use all four envelopes of whipped topping mix.) Beat on high speed for 4 minutes, till light and fluffy.
Split cake layers and divide filling up and spread between layers, cover top with filling. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 10-12
