Easy Beer Bread:
1 Can Warm Beer
2 TB. Sugar
3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 5 X 10 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree (F) oven. Serve warm with butter.
*Note: to make your own self-rising flour, simply mix 1-1/2 Tsp. of baking powder and 1 tsp. of salt for each cup of all-purpose flour. (this recipe would take 3-3/4 Tsp. powder, 3 Tsp. salt and 3 cups flour)
