To use: Simply place a thin sheet of fresh pasta flat and drop small spoonfuls of filling evenly spaced out. Moisten areas between filling. Place a second sheet of thin pasta on top and press firmly between filling lumps. Firmly press stamp over each filling lump to seal and form the ravioli. Use pizza cutter to cut out each ravioli.
